let’s get lost
I love the sensuality of these three photos. There’s something very borderline pornographic about each of them, yet they seem to maintain innocence. I also love how the three of them together create a little story…before, during and after. The last photo is by Juergen Teller, I’m not sure who the other ones are by. Anyone know?

My nightly ritual consists of blog reading, book reading and hitting the hay. I’ve recently become really inspired by blogs that find connections between photos that one wouldn’t necessarily put together. Granted this post does nothing of the sort…but I’m going to give it a try in the next few postings.

boy, the miracles still give fortune tears
To follow up to my previous blog post…Jennie and I went to see Phoenix at Terminal 5. I have been listening to their music for years now but it wasn’t until their latest album that I really fell in love with their cute and bubbly music. If they knew me they would probably kill me for calling them cute and bubbly, but I’ll take my chances and say it anyways.

Well, I’m back from Bonnaroo!! I had the best 4 days ever. I didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait until next year. I still have so many photos to process, but I will blog about it soon.
I will say that my favorite acts were: Toubab Krewe, David Byrne (HE IS GOD), Bruce Springsteen, and Phoenix!!
I loved Phoenix live so much that I am going to see them again tonight with Jennie at Terminal 5!! So excited! If you don’t know them check them out fo sho!
Also, here’s a fun fact: Laurent Brancowitz, the guitarist, used to be in a band called Darlin’ with the robots from Daft Punk!

I think it looks AWESOME. I have a good feeling about this new director. I’m excited to see Jacob develop his character more…and to see the wolfy side of him! I can’t wait for it to come out! Who’s with me!?

As I look back on some of the fashion from the 90’s, I can’t help but thank my Mom for not allowing me to own some of those good ol’ 90’s trends. No matter how much I begged and pleaded, she held her ground and refused to give in to what was deemed “hip” by my fellow 5th graders. At the time I couldn’t BELIEVE that she didn’t find these accessories as cool as I did and thought her evil..but now in retrospect, I am really glad she put her foot down because some of those trends were just disasterous.

1. Jnco Jeans – seriously, these pants are hideous…WHAT WERE WE THINKING
How are you even supposed to get things out of those back pockets?! You would have to like sit down and fish around for awhile. Although, I guess thats where those chain wallets came in…
